Woman Struck By Vehicle After Crash

Troopers were dispatched around 10:35 p.m. for a crash and a woman lying in the roadway on Interstate 95 South. The victim was found in the middle-right lane, near the exit to Walt Whitman Bridge and Packer Avenue.
