Human Skeletal Remains Found In Woods In Philadelphia: Reports

PHILADELPHIA — Human skeletal remains were found Tuesday evening in Northeast Philadelphia, according to reports.

An adult's remains were discovered around 7 p.m. in a wooded area near the 12000 block of Knights Road, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Their identity and cause of death are under investigation, says NBC10 Philadelphia.

Police are investigating with the Philadelphia Medical Examiner's Office.
