Biden To Give Speech In Philadelphia On 'Nation's Soul'

President Joe Biden will be in Philadelphia Thursday to deliver a prime time speech on the "continued battle for the Soul of the Nation."

PHILADELPHIA — President Joe Biden is coming to Philadelphia later this week for a prime time speech which will discuss the nation's "soul."

According to Action News, the president will be in the city for a speech Thursday that will focus on the "continued battle for the Soul of the Nation."

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports the speech will take place outside Independence Hall.
