PHILADELPHIA — President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are scheduled to attend two campaign events in Philadelphia Wednesday.
Biden and Harris are expected to land at the Philadelphia International Airport at 12:55 p.m. and attend campaign events at 1:30 p.m. and 3:15 p.m.
The public schedule shows them departing Philadelphia at 4:40 p.m.

According to NBC10, the president and vice president will launch a new initiative called "Black Voters for Biden Harris" while in the city.
Action News reports they will announce the initiative at Girard College, 2101 S. College Ave in Philadelphia.

Drivers should expect delays between 12:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. due to the double motorcade making its way through the city, according to FOX 29.
