Boston Kreme Donuts Scrapped For 'Philly Kreme' During 76ers-Celtics Playoff Series
Select Dunkin' stores in Philadelphia have changed their menus during the Eastern Conference quarterfinal.

CENTER CITY, PA — As the 76ers face the Celtics in the NBA Playoffs, several Dunkin' eateries have benched the Boston Kreme donut.
Select Dunkin' locations in Center City have temporarily removed the Boston Kreme label, renaming them "Philly Kreme."
Dunkin' and Boston cream doughnuts are both Boston-area creations. But the name change will stay in place during the Sixers' first-round playoff series against the Boston Celtics, according to the restaurant chain.

The recipe has not changed.
The Celtics defeated the Sixers, 123-91, in Game 1 on Sunday. The best-of-seven series resumes at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Boston.
