Sunday, October 12 beginning 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (or sell out) Festival de Empanadas at Jezebel’s Philadelphia chef-owner Jezabel Careaga (Jezabel’s) is proud to host the second Festival de Empanadas in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. This year’s event will take place on Sunday, October 12th, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Jezabel’s, bringing together some of the city’s most beloved chefs and bakers including Puyero, El Mictlan and others —each presenting their own signature take on empanadas, or filled pastries to showcase the incredible versatility of empanadas across the Americas. The event is free to attend. Guests may purchase empanadas directly from each vendor. Special Empanada Boxes, featuring one empanada from each participating restaurant, will be available for pre-sale on Resy.
