The city's collective beauty is apparent in its parks and public art, while infrastructure such as telephone lines and public transit are reminders of how Philadelphia has evolved to&nbsp;serve its people. As we reflect upon the city's development, its strengths and its shortcomings, how can we best shape a future for Philadelphia's people?
