The Double "R" Twirlettes, an award-winning baton twirling group based in Scranton, Pennsylvania, will perform on the Museum of the American Revolution's outdoor plaza at 11 a.m. following their canceled July 3 performance in the Salute to Independence Semiquincentennial Parade.
