Jake Berman is the author of The Lost Subways of North America. His work has been featured in The New Yorker, Vice, Atlas Obscura, and the Guardian. He teaches urban planning at Columbia University.
This event is part of Philadelphia: For the People, an exhibition that explores Philadelphia’s public infrastructure through the lens of the Declaration of Independence and its affirmation of government that exists to serve the people.
This event will take place in Room 108 on the first floor of Parkway Central Library.
