Center City Iron Hill Reopens Patio With New Menu, Beers

PHILADELPHIA— Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant in Center City Philadelphia is rolling out a new menu as it reopens its outdoor dining area.

The East Market Street Iron Hill location in Center City Philadelphia is open again for outdoor dining.

Hours are 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, as well as noon to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

The patio has expanded seating available on Chestnut Walk at East Market, with beer tents available for quick walk up service on Friday evenings, and Saturday and Sunday.

"We are so excited to get our Center City location back up and running," Iron Hill CEO Kim Boerema said. "Restaurants throughout the city, even across the nation, have felt the burden caused by business disruptions during this time and we are thrilled to be able to re-open our Center City location. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to our Iron Hill Center City staff for their patience and commitment to our company while we navigated this situation."

The popular regional chain will be offering various new menu items at its Media location, as well the other 16 locations.

New items include chicken and baby back ribs, featuring whole chicken wings in a spicy Vienna Red Lager barbecue sauce and a half rack of ribs served in Bedotter Ale barbecue glaze, as well as a beer-inspired fried chicken sandwich which is served with a house-made IPA sriracha ranch sauce.

New vegetarian items will be available at some Iron Hill locations. They include quinoa and grilled vegetable bowl, seven vegetable pizza, and buffalo cauliflower tacos.

Iron Hill is also offering a Taco Tuesday special with à la carte tacos for $5 each.

All menu items are also available for take-out and delivery across all Iron Hill locations.

In addition to new menu items, some new beers are coming to Iron Hill. They are Homestead, a citrusy Farmhouse Ale; The New Normal, a West Coast-style IPA; and Local Lager, the newest low-calorie lager light in body, calories and bitterness, but heavy on flavor.
