Charles Barkley Predicts 76ers NBA Title After Eagles, Nova Wins
Barkley, who spent eight seasons on the court for the 76ers, made the bold statement Monday night after Villanova's victory.

PHILADELPHIA – Will the Philadelphia 76ers give Philly it's third championship of 2018? Charles Barkley thinks so.
Barkley, who was commenting Monday night during the NCAA Championship game where Villanova University secured their third national championship over University of Michigan, made the claim after the 79 to 62 win.
"Let me tell you something, I'm making a prediction," Barkley said Monday night. "The Eagles won, Villanova won: the 76ers are gonna win the championship."

Barkley spent eight seasons with the 76ers from 1984 to 1991.
His love for Philly was made very clear after the Eagles Super Bowl win where a video of him saying he was going to go finish getting drunk to celebrate went viral.

The Sixers are 47-30 and sitting in fourth place in the Eastern Conference as of Tuesday afternoon.
They will take on the Detroit Pistons Wednesday night at 7 p.m. and have just four regular season games left after Wednesday's match up.
The team is without Joel Embiid after he and Markelle Fultz collided going for a loose ball last week. Embiid suffered a fracture in his left orbital bone from the collision.
Dario Šarić remains out of play due to an elbow injury.
