Chrissy Teigen Celebrates Birthday With Pat's Cheesesteak

Her husband John Legend spent his formative years in Philadelphia as a student at Penn, and Philly apparently rubbed off on her.

PHILADELPHIA — Chrissy Tiegen is known to be vocal on social media. Making jokes, asking random questions, getting political: the model, author, and TV host lays a lot out on line.

And for her recent 34th birthday, she tapped into Philly and shared her celebration on Twitter.

On Dec. 9, she tweeted a photo of an iconic Philly cheesesteak from Pat's King of Steaks in South Philly.

And in true Philly fashion, she got it with wiz (no word on whether she got onions, but the wiz is the correct call to us).

However, fans on twitter offered their recommendations for cheesesteaks, as Philadelphians are wont to do.

Jim's, Steve's Dalessandro's, and Tony Luke's were some other recommendations thrown her way.

Tiegen's husband, John Legend, attended college at University of Pennsylvania, so she likely got her affinity for steaks through him.

While the couple lives in California, she was able to get Pat's thanks to the cheesesteak pros' move to offer nationwide delivery.

If you could recommend a celebrity a Philly cheesesteak recommendation, where would you send them?
