PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia police are still seeking the suspect who was captured on video leaping onto a woman's car and smashing the windshield by foot Sunday night.

The footage, shared by the Philadelphia Police Department, shows a group of bikers riding near 1400 South Penn Square while one of the bikes is parked alongside a car in the right lane.

The suspect—wearing a black T-shirt, tan khaki pants, and white and black sneakers—can be seen walking away from the bike and toward the parked car before leaping onto the back windshield and smashing it with his feet.

An object that appears to be a handgun falls from the suspect's khakis as he jumps off of the car. Then the car's driver, identified by ABC6 as Nikki Bullock, steps out and confronts the suspect, who pulls his gun on her and shoves her.

The suspect climbs back onto his bike and Bullock pushes him, knocking over him and his bike. He flees the scene as Bullock goes back to her car and picks up a small child before walking out of frame and leaving the vandalized car behind.

Bullock was with her girlfriend, their 5-year-old daughter, and their 2-year-old son, delivering for Uber Eats when she was first sideswiped by the biker near City Hall, ABC6 reported.

Recalling the incident to the outlet, Bullock said she "started arguing out the window" after her car was hit.

"[Another biker] got my attention and in the meantime, he jumped off the bike and jumped on the car," Bullock said.
