The Vine Street Expressway was closed for hours after a multi-vehicle crash between the Ben Franklin Parkway and Interstate 76 east exits.
PHILADELPHIA — A multi-vehicle crash closed a portion of Interstate 676 in Philadelphia Wednesday afternoon
According to PennDOT, the crash happened between the Ben Franklin Parkway and Interstate 76 exits.
The crash was cleared by about 4:30 p.m.
