Dog Stolen From Target Store In October: Philadelphia Police
A Shih Tzu dog was stolen from a Port Richmond Target store by four people in October, according to Philadelphia Police.
PHILADELPHIA — Four people are sought in connection with the theft of a dog in October.
According to Philadelphia Police, a Shih Tzu was stolen from the Target store at 2701 Castor Ave. at about 9 p.m. on Oct. 28.
The victim, a 44-year-old woman, was in the store when four people stole the dog.

Shih Tzu was black with a red tail and red headlights on his head.
It was last tracked in the area of the 2800 Aramingo Ave.
