Eagles Playing Giants On Christmas Day

The Birds will host the New York Giants on Christmas Day 2023. Kickoff is 4:30 p.m. and the game will air on Fox.

PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia Eagles will be hitting the gridiron at Lincoln Financial Field on Christmas Day this year.

Ahead of the 2023 regular season schedule dropping, the NFL announced the Birds will take on the New York Giants on Christmas.

The game will be played at 4:30 p.m. and will air on Fox.

According to the team, Philadelphia is 93-88-2 against the Giants all-time and the Eagles are 16-6 against New York in South Philadelphia, including the NFC Divisional Playoff game win on Jan 21, a 38-7 victory.

"It's just a tease, of course, but it's a delicious appetizer to what is expected to be a highly visible national slate for the Eagles, coming off a tough loss in Super Bowl LVII. A national game on Christmas Day against the New York Giants," the team's website reads. "It's a great matchup, an impactful game, and exactly the kind of holiday spirit South Philadelphia will welcome in late December."
