PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia are asking for help finding a missing, endangered man.
Malik Rashied, 53, was last seen at 10 a.m. Monday on the 5500 block of Pulaski Avenue.
His cell phone was found before 2 p.m. on the Chestnut Hill West train at Suburban Station Monday, police said.

He frequents various SEPTA Subway Stations, according to police.
Rashied is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.

Police did not provide a description of his clothing.
