According to police, the woman allegedly had a knife and the writ server discharged his weapon. (6abc)
- Of all the police cruisers in Philadelphia and you had to hit Car One? An Uber driver had the worst luck in the world yesterday. Not only did he run a red light and hit a car, but the car he hit was the Philadelphia Police Commissioner's! Commish Danielle Outlaw and her driver were hit in the accident at 15th and Race Streets and taken to the hospital for observation. The Uber driver and his passengers were also transported with injuries. (6abc Philadelphia)
- Five weeks ago, newly sworn-in Senator John Fetterman checked into the Walter Reed National Military Hospital in Washington D.C. for severe depression after suffering a stroke. His aides now say that he will return to the Capitol on April 17 and resume the duties he was elected for. Democrats can't wait to get their freshman Senator back in office as they have a razor-thin majority in the Senate. (inquirer.com)
