Delaware Ave/Columbus Boulevard In Philadelphia Open After Flooding
Delaware Avenue/Columbus Boulevard in Philadelphia has reopened after flooding closing a portion of it Monday morning.
PHILADELPHIA — Delaware Avenue/Columbus Boulevard has opened again after it was closed by flooding early Monday.
Officials at about 4:30 p.m. Monday said the road is open, but traffic is moving slowly.
The road closed between Spring Garden and Christian streets at about 8 a.m. Monday.

The road was initially flooded between Spring Garden and Race streets, but persistent rainfall caused the flooded area to expand.
