Flyers Fans React To Ivan Provorov's Pride Night Boycott

A Pride Night celebration at the Philadelphia Flyers' game Tuesday was overshadowed after the team's top defenseman refused to wear rainbow jerseys during warmups in support of the LGBTQ+ community. Ivan Provorov did not participate in the warmups but did start the game and play 23 minutes.

"I'm not surprised at all," Flyers fan Ryan Longo said. "Things like this don't really affect me, unfortunately. In this day and age, it's not uncommon to encounter people like that."

Longo had box seats to the Flyers' Tuesday night's game against the Anaheim Ducks, a 5-2 win.
