PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia Phillies are ready for another season of baseball at Citizens Bank Park.
With the team getting ready for their home opener Monday, fans may be wondering what The Bank holds for them this season.
Luckily, the Phillies hosted a "what's new" event Friday, and team officials laid out what fans can expect when they hit Citizens Bank Park as the Phils vie for another post season appearance, and another World Series victory.

Sights & Sounds
During the off season, the team installed two new full-color displays above and below the suite level.
Comprising more than 3,100 square feet of screen space on the upper level and 3,700 on the lower level, these new displays can show real-time stats, interactive prompts to get fans hyped, various graphics, and they also coordinate with ballpark lighting effects to bathe The Bank in Phillies colors.

The park also got 28 new subwoofers added to the terrace and pavilion decks, creating a wall of sound during pump up moments. These audio upgrades will also improve the dulcet tones of announcer Dan Baker as he calls games at the park.
And when the Phillies hit a dinger, a new light show will illuminate the park from foul pole to foul pole. At the center of the light display is a new super-sized Xfinity logo which pulses with color during home run celebrations.
Audio and visual upgrades were also added to Kona Big Wave Bar, Pass and Stow, and CP Rankin Club.
Bites & Sips
Fans will find all their beloved food and drink items at the park this year. But there are plenty of new options, as well. Here, we're going to give you a mini review of most of the new foods.
The home runs of the new offerings are the crispy chicken sandwich, PJ Whelihan's onion rings, s'mores quesadilla, and Wrexham Lager.

The crispy chicken sandwich features a fried chicken breast with a fresh pickled slaw and a hot honey aioli. This sandwich was the standout of the lot. The chicken has a satisfying crunch, and the pickled slaw cuts through the rich fried chicken. And the hot honey aioli adds a creamy sweet tang to top it off.
PJ's onion rings are the platonic ideal of an onion ring. They are perfectly fried and do not fall victim to the ultimate onion ring fail: when the whole onion slides out of the fried casing, leaving snackers with an onion-less shell of crispy batter. They are served with a creole mayonnaise that delivers a spicy kick, but without an intense heat.
This reporter does not have a sweet tooth, but the s'mores quesadilla was something special. Made with Nutella, mini marshmallows, graham cracker crumbles, and crispy flour tortillas, these mashup treats are truly an indulgence. Oh, and they're served with a chocolate dipping sauce. Make sure you have plenty of napkins when digging into these.
And for fans of soccer — or as everyone else in the world calls it, football — and Philly native Rob McElhenney, the Wrexham Lager is new to the park. This slightly bitter golden lager will be available at The Bank this season, making it the second stadium in the world to serve it. The other being STōK Racecourse where McElhenney's EFL League One team Wrexham AFC plays.
Other standouts were the gluten-free turkey club, which will be available at the Schär Gluten-Free Dedicated Stand alongside other GF options; the chipotle black bean burger, which is fully vegan and made with vegan cheddar, a house made burger sauce, and veggies; the new Liscios hot dog rolls, which will be featured on all hot dogs this season; and Kyle's Cutlets, a chicken cutlet sandwich with burrata, fried pepperoni, arugula, and a sweet and hot honey sauce all on a Liscio's roll. A portion of sales from Kyle's Cutlets will benefit Schwarber's Neighborhood Heroes Foundation.
The team is also offering Jason Kelce's Garage beer throughout the stadium, and ZOMOZ mezcal, of which Phillies legend Ryan Howard is an investor, at stadium bar locations. And, Alc-A-Chino spiked coffee beverages, as well as strawberry açaí hard refreshers, will be available this season.
Other sweet treats include the Four Walls Irish coffee tiramisu, the red velvet affogato, and a cotton candy Phanatic Mask.
Promotions & Giveaways
This year, the team is hosting promos and giveaways at about 40 home games, which is roughly half of all home games.
"There are a lot of things for everybody," Phillies Director of Promotions Scott Brandreth said.
Fans lucky enough to attend the home opener will be given a 2024 National League East Championship Pennant.

On Wednesday, fans will get a McDonald's Opening Night shirt. And on Saturday, kids 14 and under will get a knit hat.

Catch fireworks after the June 30 and July 1 games against the Padres.
And theme nights are back, with some fan favorites returning.

Fan appreciation night will be the last home game of the regular season, which is Sept. 28 against the Twins.

Merch & Gear
Fans will find new shopping options in the stadium, with plenty of gear and apparel that's only available at Citizen Bank park.
From the retro jersey Phanatic onesie to fuzzy Phanatic sandals, fans will have plenty of new ways to show support for the Phils. But there's more than just Phanatic-themed stuff to shop.

The team has launched a new line of apparel that's perfect for the workplace or the golf course. Phillies legends Milt Thompson, Dickie Noles, and Ruben Amaro Jr. were sporting these new duds at Friday's event.
Victus Bats, which Patch reported on amid the Phillies 2023 playoff run, will be selling their "swingable art" in the park. Victus is now an official MLB licensee.

Bruce Tatem, AKA The Bat King, of Victus, told Patch Friday he is excited to be an official part of the team he loves.
Victus Bats will be offering several custom painted bats in the park: the Headcase bat, the iconic Pencil bat made famous by Harper in the 2024 Players' Weekend, the Crown bat, and the Phanatic Face bat.
"He's a master," Frances Winkey, Senior Merchandise Manager for Aramark Sports Entertainment, said of Tatem. "[The bats] are highly collectible, and he's got some wild designs in store for fans this year."
Also, new this year are the mini Phanatic backpack and the tailgate tote, two trendy bag styles that can help fans show off their love of the team.
Phanatic pins have been kicked up a notch, too, Winkey said. Themes for this year's Phanatic pins include Uncle Sam, a jack-o-lantern, revolutionary attire, and the Phanatic watching fireworks with Harper.
