A Washington Post report says Immigration and Customs Enforcement is planning to crack down on "sanctuary cities," Philadelphia included.

PHILADELPHIA — Immigration and Customs Enforcement is planning a crackdown in "sanctuary cities" across the country, and Philadelphia is one of its targets.
According to a new report from the Washington Post, the Trump administration and ICE are set to launch a "sanctuary op" in cities that do not cooperate with ICE when dealing with undocumented immigrants who are dealing with local law enforcement.
The Post reports the operation could start this week in California then expand to Philadelphia and Denver.

Unnamed officials told the Post the operation is a political messaging move rather than a major ICE operation.
