Jay-Z's Made In America Festival Canceled For 2nd Consecutive Year
The once annual Jay-Z-curated music festival on Philadelphia's Ben Franklin Parkway has been nixed for the second year in a row.

PHILADELPHIA — Jay-Z's music festival in Philadelphia has been canceled, marking two consecutive years of the popular event being nixed.
Officials Wednesday announced the 2024 Made In America Festival will not happen.
On social media, festival organizers said, "we promise an exciting return to the festival."

So while the Ben Franklin Parkway over Labor Day Weekend 2024 will not be transformed into festival grounds, organizers seemed to leave the option open for a 2025 or later return.
There is no word on what prompted the event's cancelation.

Made In America 2023 was canceled in early August 2023, about a month before its scheduled Labor Day Weekend festivities began.
"Due to severe circumstances outside of production control, the 2023 Made in America Festival will no longer be taking place," organizers said at the time.
