Walk-up vaccinations will be open to those who meet Philadelphia’s Phase 1A and 1B eligibility criteria and can prove that they live in the following zip codes using an ID card, a piece of mail with an address, or a PHL City ID. Non-Philadelphia residents will be turned away.
Farley said about 3,000 walk-up slots will be available daily.

However, should those walk-up slots be filled, those seeking vaccinations will be asked to come back the next day.
Those seeking vaccines via the walk-up slots should arrive at the Pennsylvania Convention Center before 5 p.m. and be ready to wait outside and dress for the weather.
The entrance to the Center City Vaccination Center is on the northeast corner of 12th and Arch streets. Screening starts outside the Convention Center.
