Local Restaurants Offering Inspired Food, Drink At Philadelphia Flower Show

PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia Flower Show kicks off this weekend and promises a week of gardening expertise through exhibits, activities, demonstrations, and more.

And for this year's show, the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society Partners with local restaurants to offer food and drink specials inspired by the show.

This inaugural dining partnership highlights a select group of restaurants that chose to create a variety of flower show-themed dishes and drinks for guests. The specials will focus on plant-based, vegetable-forward, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients.

These dining partners are primarily within walking distance of the Convention Center, are easily accessible by public transportation, and represent a wide breadth of cuisine types, giving food and cocktail lovers a variety of unique options.

"The PHS Philadelphia Flower Show has always been woven into the cultural fabric of this city, bringing people together around the beauty, creativity, and inspiration that flowers and plants provide," Matt Rader, President of the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, said. "This new dining partnership reflects the same spirit; an incredible variety of unique restaurants offering experiences that extend the magic of the Flower Show into neighborhoods across Philadelphia."
