Macy’s Center City Philadelphia is Home to a Fashion Incubator

Elissa Bloom, Executive Director for the Philadelphia Fashion Incubator located in Macy’s Center City, was a guest recently on WWDB 860 “Interesting People” radio show.

She spoke about the Philadelphia Fashion Incubator, how to become a student and how she became involved in the world of fashion. The program is 12 months long and allows its students to really immerse themselves in their work.
