Man Critical After Early Morning Shooting: Philadelphia Police
A man was shot multiple times in the back and chest in a North Philadelphia shooting that occurred early Wednesday morning.

PHILADELPHIA – A man is in critical condition after being shot several times during Wednesday's early morning hours, according to Philadelphia Police.
Police and Philadelphia Housing Authority officers were called to the 2200 block of West Glenwood street for a report of a person with a gun at about 12:31 a.m. Wednesday.
Upon arrival officers found a 37-year-old man suffering from gunshots to the chest and back, police said.

He was rushed to Temple University Hospital and immediately taken into surgery in critical condition.
Police have not identified a suspect in the shooting.
