Man Exposed Himself, Robbed Woman On SEPTA Train: Police
The victim reportedly bit the man on the arm and was able to fight him off.

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Authorities are searching for a man who they said attacked and robbed a woman who eventually fought him off on a SEPTA train earlier this month.
The incident occurred on Sept. 18 at around 8:25 p.m. on the Broad Street Line, between the Olney and Fern Rock stations.
A man pulled down his pants and walked up to a woman on the train, according to SEPTA Transit Police.

The victim later told 6ABC she was able to dodge out of the man's way, biting him in the arm to fight him off.
The man returned moments later and stole her cell phone, police said.

At around 8:30 p.m., the man got off at the Fern Rock Station and fled toward 10th and Nedro streets.
