Man Filming Rap Video Arrested On Gun Charge: Philly Police

He allegedly was pointing an Eagle Arms Eagle 15 rifle out a van window.

A Philadelphia man who was allegedly pointing a gun out of a van window recently. Police said the 20-year-old was filming a rap video.

According to police, Kyree Saunders, 20, of Philadelphia, was charged with two firearm related offenses on Tuesday, April 4 after police responded to a report of a man pointing a gun out a van window.

Police got the call at about 5:10 p.m. Tuesday and found Saunders on the 2900 block of North 16th Street.

Saunders was wearing in the driver's seat of a silver van wearing a black hoodie and a black bandana on his face, police said.

Police said in the van was a Eagle Arms Eagle 15 rifle.

Police learned Saunders was shooting a video for a "rap singer" and was detained then taken in for processing.

Saunders was remanded to the Philadelphia County Jail in lieu of post $25,000 bail, according to court documents.

Saunders will appear for his preliminary hearing on April 20, court documents show.
