A 22-year-old man is dead after being shot Thursday night outside a takeout restaurant on the 1900 block of East Tioga Street in Kensington.
PHILADELPHIA — A shooting outside a takeout restaurant in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood left a man dead, according to reports.
The shooting occurred at about 11 p.m. Thursday, on the 1900 block of East Tioga Street, Fox 29 reports.
According to NBC10, a 22-year-old man was shot in the head and chest outside No. 1 Kitchen.

He was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
Authorities are offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the shooter.
