Masked Suspect Wanted For Chasing, Threatening Woman In Center City: Police

PHILADELPHIA — A suspect is wanted for chasing a woman in Philadelphia's Center City while making threats and wearing a "white baby doll style Halloween mask," police said.

The unknown suspect approached the victim and made threats while holding his hand behind his back at around 5:30 a.m. Wednesday near City Hall, police said.

Police shared surveillance footage of the suspect chasing the victim into the street:

The victim got hurt from stumbling, police said. The suspect then fled to Suburban Station.

Police described the suspect as a Black male with an estimated age of 16 to 20. He is about 5 feet, 8 inches tall with a medium complexion.

He wore a "baby doll style Halloween mask" with black hair and had a black-and-blue plaid backpack, police said.
