Murder Charge Filed In Deadly Neighbor Dispute Shooting
A 65-year-old woman was fatally shot Tuesday in Philadelphia. Her 64-year-old neighbor has since been charged with murder and more crimes.
PHILADELPHIA — Murder and related charges have been filed against a man who authorities said shot and killed his neighbor following a dispute.
William Pulver, 64, is charged with murder, possession of an instrument of crime, and firearm violations in connection with the deadly Tuesday morning shooting.
Pulver is accused of shooting and killing his neighbor, 65-year-old Patricia Shinn, NBC10 reports.

The shooting reportedly stemmed from a dispute between the two neighbors, which Action News reports led police to be called to the 7100 block of Montague Street Monday.
Police were back on that block before noon Tuesday for a report of shots fired. There, they found Shinn with multiple gunshots, according to Fox 29. She died not long after police found her.

Pulver then barricaded himself in his home Tuesday afternoon, but surrendered to police eventually.
Pulver was denied bail and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on June 24, court records show.
