Philadelphia Flower Show 2020: What You Need To Know

The Philadelphia Flower Show is set to wow attendees with flowers, plants, and all kinds of greenery Feb. 29 through March 8.

PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia Flower Show is all set to dazzle with flowers, plants, and all kinds of greenery to the Pennsylvania Convention Center, and we have all the details you need to make the most of the event.

The show will run from Saturday, Feb. 29 through Sunday, March 8 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, located at 12th and Arch streets in Philadelphia. This year's theme is "Riviera Holiday."

  • Saturday, Feb. 29 — 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Sunday, March 1 — 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Monday, March 2 through Friday, March 6 — 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Saturday, March 7 — 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Sunday, March 8 — 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Tickets range from $17 to $42 in advance. Door tickets cost $20 to $48.

Discounted advance tickets are available through Feb. 28. Regular pricing goes into effect Feb. 29 through March 180.

Before the show opens, there will be a Preview Party Gala from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 28.

The party will have cocktails and dinner, floral and garden displays, dessert and dancing, and of course, early access to the show.

The Box Office — including Will Call, Membership and Group Sales — is located at the convention center's West Entrance at 12th & Arch Streets. The Box Office and Will Call opens 30 minutes before the Show opens and closes one hour before the Show closes. Day-of-Show tickets may be purchased at the Box Office.

This year, attendees can explore Mediterranean-inspired gardens with groves of citrus trees and sweet-smelling varieties of geraniums and roses.

The Flowers After Hours 21 and up event will be held at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29.

This year's After Hours event has a 1980s theme.

There will be live mus from cover band Rubix Kube, as well as '80s favorite spun by DJ Robert Drake.

Ticket includes complimentary spirits tastings and exclusive access to the Philadelphia Flower Show exhibits after the Show has closed to the public. Guests can enjoy a cash bar and interactive games and programs curated by Flower Show partners.

Fine Wine & Good Spirits will again have a presence at the show, this year with celebrity chef Robert Irvine participating.

Robert Irvine

  • Sunday, March 1 at 2 p.m.

Irvine will be on hand to meet guests and offer sample some of his Boardroom Spirits. He’ll be signing bottles in the Grand Hall near our on-site store.

Steve Beam

  • Tuesday, March 3 and Wednesday, March 4, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Steve Beam from Limestone Branch Distillery will be at the Limestone Branch table in the tasting area. Stop by to meet Beam and hear about the rich history of his brand that dates back more than a century.

Jesse James Dupree

  • Wednesday, March 4 at 5 p.m.

Jesse James Dupree from the ‘80s hair band Jackyl will be on hand meet fans, snap photos and sign select bottles from his line of Jesse James America’s Outlaw Whiskeys and his new Devil’s Devil Sinnamon Spirits Liqueur.

John Rich

  • Sunday, March 8 at 1 p.m.

Country star John Rich will be meeting with and will sign purchased bottles of Redneck Riviera Whiskey and Redneck Riviera Granny Rich Reserve Whiskey.

With drinks covered, you'll need food. That's where the Bloomin' Brunch comes into play.

Mediterranean-inspired brunches will be served twice daily — 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. — each day during the show. Brunch goers will enjoy a three-course menu of salad, quiche entrée and fruit tart dessert. A vegan menu alternative is available. See the full brunch menu here.
