Two snow days in a row for kids in the Philadelphia School District! Friday, Saturday, and Sunday activities have been canceled, as well.
PHILADELPHIA – The School District of Philadelphia announced Thursday afternoon that all schools will be closed Friday, Jan. 5, making it the second snow day in a row for its students.
The district said all after school activities – including all athletic programs and professional development sessions – scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are canceled, as well.
All district early childhood centers will also be closed Friday, too.

The district's headquarters will be open Friday, but will open on a two-hour delay.
