Phillies Take Jab At IHOP With 'bhillies' Tweet Monday

"We have a big announcement," the team said in its cheeky jab.

PHILADELPHIA – If you're a fan of the International House of Pancakes, better known as IHOP, you know for its 60th anniversary it's pulling a goofy rebrand to become IHOb – International House of Burgers – as it announced its new steakburger menu.

With the announcement, the internet didn't wait around to skewer the company for its rather silly, yet temporary per the company's CEO, rebrand.

And the Philadelphia Phillies are no exception. But in this case, maybe we should call them the "bhillies?"

Twitter uses joined in at the lighthearted jab at IHOP.

One user even shared an edited posted for Citizens Bank Park, in which it read "Citizens Pank Bark." Others took the team's "Be Bold" hashtag and twisted it to "Pe Pold."

Even IHOP itself jumped in to make fun of itself tweeting to the Phillies: "Excited to see you're joining the barty. Grab your blayers and come burger some of our new burgers."
