Philly Schools, Zoo, Chop Teaming Up For Vaccination Event
Stop by the Philadelphia Zoo Tuesday to get the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine then tour the zoo free of charge.

PHILADELPHIA — Another effort to increase vaccinations is taking place Tuesday in Philadelphia at the city's zoo.
The Philadelphia Zoo, CHOP, the School District of Philadelphia are hosting a vaccination event Tuesday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the zoo.
Anyone 12 and older can get the vaccine at the event.

And after they get the shot, they are free to tour the zoo.
Second doses will be administered from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7 at the zoo.

A parent/guardian must be available in person or by phone for verbal consent for those 12 to 17 years old.
