PHILADELPHIA — Wednesday brought incredible weather to the Philadelphia region. Intense rains, countless lightning strikes, and even tornadoes.

City officials, residents, and professional photographers were out Thursday following the rampage by Hurricane Ida's remnants to document the historic disaster.
