Playa Bowls Opening Center City Philly Location
The beach favorite smoothie shop is putting down roots in Center City Philadelphia.
PHILADELPHIA – Beach favorite Playa Bowls will be opening its first Philadelphia location in the coming months. The smoothie shop's Philly spot will open in Center City.
No exact opening date has been announced yet.
Playa Bowls has other locations in Villanova already if you can't wait for the Center City location to pop up and need a sweet, fruity treat.

In the beginning, Playa Bowls were mostly found in New Jersey beach towns, but have begun spreading inland. They currently have over two dozen.
Most smoothie bowls are made with acai berries and a mix of other fruits, and sell for about $10 a bowl. Visit their website here.
