PHILADELPHIA — President Joe Biden is coming back to Philadelphia Monday.
Biden will be in the city to speak at the 2024 National Historically Black Colleges and Universities Week Conference.
The president is expected to deliver his remarks at 3:15 p.m. at the Philadelphia Marriot Downtown, 1200 Filbert St.
