'Queer Eye' Filming In Philadelphia For Season 5

After rumors of the popular Netflix show coming to Philly emerged in April, the streaming service confirmed season 5 will be set in Philly.

PHILADELPHIA — We told you about rumors that the hit Netflix show "Queer Eye" may be coming to Philadelphia back in April. Now, Netflix has confirmed the Fab Five will be in the City of Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection.

Netflix said while season 4 of the show will be in Kansas City, season 5 will be in Philadelphia.

The show will be filming in the city now through September.

Season 5 is slated to air in 2020, according to Netflix.

"Queer Eye" stars Antoni Porowski, Tan France, Karamo Brown, Bobby Berk, and Jonathan Van Ness. The five spend episodes helping turn around a lucky person's life through fashion, food, culture, decor, and more.

Brown was a cast member of MTV's "Real World: Philadelphia," which aired in late 2004 and early 2005.
