Questlove's Meatless Cheesesteak Coming To Citizens Bank Park

Good news for vegetarians and vegans, The Roots' Questlove is offering a meatless cheesesteak at Phillies home games starting this spring.

PHILADELPHIA — Phillies fans will be able to enjoy a new and environmentally friendly cheesesteak this spring thanks to The Roots' own Questlove.

The hip-hop drummer has teamed up with Impossible Foods, which is a leading developer of meatless "meat," to produce Questlove’s Cheesesteak.

Citizens Bank Park will be serving the new cheesesteak in the spring, according to Questlove.

He said the meatless sandwiches will be available at all Phillies home games and concerts.

Additionally, he said they will be available in 40 Live Nation venues across the country.
