Quinta Brunson Named One Of People Magazine's 2022 "People Of The Year"

Philadelphia native Quinta Brunson is among the four people named People magazine's 2022 "People of the Year." Brunson is the creator and star of "Abbott Elementary."

Actor Matthew McConaughey, actress Mila Kunis and singer Jennifer Hudson were also named People magazine's 2022 "People of the Year."

The magazine unveiled its annual list Wednesday, with Editor in Chief Wendy Naugle explaining this year's honorees were selected because of their efforts to help others.
