Savannah Bananas Coming Back To Citizens Bank Park In 2025
The mega-popular, zany baseball team is coming back to Philadelphia for two nights in July 2025 after a sellout game at the Bank last month.

PHILADELPHIA — The Savannah Bananas had a banner night at Citizens Bank Park last month.
The zany baseball team known for its antics, dancing, and more sold out the Bank for their Sept. 21 game, and featured Phillies legends Shane Victorino and Ryan Howard.
Now, the team said they are coming back to Philly in 2025.

The Savannah Bananas will play in Philadelphia July 26 and July 27 next year.
For those unaware, the team is essentially the Harlem Globetrotters of baseball and are classified as an "exhibition barnstorming" team.

Typical baseball rules for "Banana Ball Games" are thrown out.
Games have a two-hour time limit, fan-caught foul balls are considered outs, and teams can employ the "Golden Batter Rule," allowing them to send any batter to the plate in any place of the lineup.
Those interested in getting tickets must enter a lottery, which closes Nov. 1.
