With a snow emergency in effect, all vehicles must be moved from snow emergency routes or risk being towed or ticketed.

PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia will be under a snow emergency starting at 7 a.m. Friday.

Vehicles along snow emergency routes must be moved by 7 a.m.

Any vehicles parked on these routes may be towed or ticketed.
