Suspects In Crossing Guard Attack Identified, Sought By Philly Police
Philadelphia Police said Imani Thomas, 26, and Destiny Sanders, 18, are sought in connection with the November assault of a crossing guard.

PHILADELPHIA — Authorities in Philadelphia have identified two of the suspects who attacked a crossing guard in November.
Philadelphia Police said Imani Thomas, 26, and Destiny Sanders, 18, both of the 1800 block of North 28th Street, are the suspects in the Nov. 30, 2023 attack.
The attack occurred at about 3:40 p.m. that day at 2800 Cecil B. Moore Ave.

The victim, a 29-year-old woman, was working at the crosswalk when she became involved in an argument with three unidentified women, police said.
According to police, the argument escalated, and the suspects knocked the victim to the ground, then punched and stomped the victim.

The victim suffered injuries to her nose, left hand, and right leg, as well as bruising to her head and face. She was taken to Temple Hospital for medical attention.
