Three Philadelphia Actresses Perform In Disney's "Aladdin Jr."

Fionnuala Meister, Sophia Henkel, and Hannah Fink perform in Disney's Aladdin Jr. at the Walnut Street Theatre

Shining, shimmering, splendid! Actresses from the Philadelphia area will perform in the Walnut’s production of Disney's ALADDIN JR,beginning September 22 through September 30.

Based on the timeless animated film and hit Broadway show, Disney’s ALADDIN JR. is filled with magic and thrills the whole family will enjoy. When street urchin Aladdin falls for the strong-willed Princess Jasmine, he gets help from a fun-loving Genie to outsmart the wicked Jafar and win her hand. Get on your flying carpet and join us on a soaring musical adventure!

Delilah Figueroa, Fionnuala Meister, Sophia Henkel, and Hannah Fink are all Philadelphia students who have also attended the Walnut Theatre school and the company’s summer program, Camp Walnut.

Delilah attends school as a 7th grader at Holland Middle School while taking piano lessons in her free time. Delilah hopes to be an actress on Broadway in the future.

Fionnuala attends school as a Senior at the Girard Academic Music Program. Here, Finnuala is a member of the National Honor Society and volunteers her time feeding the homeless with Masonic Lodge #2. She earned her theatrical talents from the Philadelphia Dance Academy and vocal coach Michael Bihovsky. She hopes to continue studying Musical Theatre through college.

Sophia attends school as an 8th grader at St. Philip Neri in Lafayette Hill. Sophia also takes vocal lessons at the Lisa Willson Vocal Academy and began singing at the young age of four. She also hopes to one day be a professional Broadway actress.

Hannah attends school as a Senior at Girard Academic Music Program with Fionnuala. She has studied at the Philadelphia Dance Academy with lessons from Nicole Tranquillo, Charlene Angelini, and Ryan Bunch.
