Wahlburgers Closes Philadelphia Location After Three Years

The burger chain owned by Marc, Donnie, and Paul Wahlburg has closed its location in Northern Liberties.

PHILADELPHIA — The burger venture by the Wahlburgh family is coming to an end, at least in Philadelphia.

Wahlburghers — owned by Marc, Donnie, and Paul Wahlburg — announced it is closing its Northern Liberties location.

In a Facebook post made Tuesday, Aug. 13, the burger joint said its Philly outpost is no more.

"We thank you all for supporting & visiting us in the past and look forward to seeing you again at one of our other restaurants across the US, UK and Canada in the future," the post reads.

The burger joint opened in August 2016 at 1033 N. 2nd St.
