WATCH: It 'Sucks' To Be Joel Embiid In New Jolly Rancher Commercial
The 76ers player doesn't mind making fun of himself it seems.
Philadelphia 76er Joel Embiid sucks. But in a good way? We're not sure, but a new Jolly Rancher ad featuring the injury-prone player is rather funny and makes us like Embiid all the more.
The 15-second ad, part of Jolly Rancher's "keep on sucking" campaign, debuted Tuesday on the candy's official YouTube channel.
The commercial jokes at, and with, Embiid about his injuries that kept him off the court in his first three seasons.

"Sitting out his first two seasons for boo boos, and now out for the season after we shot this commercial, with a rookie year lasting longer than a Jolly Rancher, Joel 'The Process' Embiid," the announcer says in the ad.
Embiid clearly loves the gag and plays along very well with the announcer's cruel but funny intro for the 7-foot center.
