WATCH: Phillies Fan Makes Sweet Diving Foul Ball Catch
That's true determination if we've ever seen it.
PHILADELPHIA – Getting a foul ball or a home run ball at a major league game is something nearly every baseball fan has dreamed of. Recently, one Phillies fan showed just how much he wanted a game ball by making an amazing catch, diving over several seats.
At Monday's home game against the Colorado Rockies, the fan leaped over seats risking life and limb – OK maybe not not life, but definitely risked some sort of injury – to snag a foul ball from Phillies shortstop Freddy Galvis.
(The Phils lost, by the way, falling to the Rockies 8-1.)
