WATCH: Spooky Snowman Prankster Goes After Philly Residents
Randomly pranking Philadelphians doesn't seem like the best idea out there, but YouTuber Jay Karl did it anyway. See the video here.

PHILADELPHIA — If you asked outsiders what they think of Philadelphia and its residents, most would likely recall Eagles fans throwing batteries at Santa Claus or tough blue collar South Philadelphians who survive on cheesesteaks, hoagies, and lager.
But despite the often tough view of Philly, a YouTube prankster Jay Karl decided to break out his spooky snowman costume to scare passersby in the city.
You may have seen Karl's videos before. He dons the scowling snowman suit, stands as still as can be in a public area, and waits for his targets to pass by. When they do, he jolts part of the suit, shocking unsuspecting (but often curious and cautious) marks.
